Howl-o-ween Fun For Dogs (and people, too)

Dog end sausageGot a dachshund? Slap that puppy between two slices of bread and bring him as a hotdog to the Halloween Dog Costume Contest on the grassy field in Emory Village on Sunday at 4 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative dog costumes.

Sponsored by Emory Village’s own Lucky’s Burger & Brew, the costume contest will be followed by a Tricks & Treats competition in which Emory dogs will compete for prizes by demonstrating their talents, whatever they may be.

Georgia Senator Elena Parent and Diane Geyer of Geyer Interiors will judge the two competitions. All dogs are welcome, small and large. For Emory dogs this is the social event of the year!

  1. I’m not sure why but this weblog is loading very slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a problem on my end? I’ll check back later and see if the problem still exists.
