Local bands playing in the the Plaza will include aDruid Hills youth music showcase on Friday evening, while 688 and Bradley Cole Smith will star on Saturday evening.
During the day Saturday, April 23, a Makers Market in the Slice ‘n Pint parking lot will feature paintings, prints, jewelry, clothing, furniture, handmade items, baked goods and sculpture by Atlanta artists. The products and works will be available for purchase.
The Patch Dash 5K walk/run will begin in the Village at 8 a.m., April 24, and will benefit Press On To Cure Childhood Cancer.
The tour, which will feature six homes this year, is a volunteer project of the Druid Hills Civic Association. Proceeds benefit historic preservation and green space restoration.
Tickets purchased in advance are $25 individual, $20 each for groups of six or more, and $30 each on the day of the tour.
