Calling All Dogs to Open Street’s Canine Costume Contest

Dress your dogs in their scariest best and trot them out for a Howl-oween Dog Costume Contest at the Fifth Annual Open Streets this Sunday, October 29.

Owners and their four-legged friends are invited to join the Open Streets Halloween parade at 2 pm, then compete for valuable coupons from Village businesses and other prizes at 3 p.m. in the grassy lawn across from Saba.

Judges this year will be DeKalb County Commissioner Jeff Rader and State Senator Elena Parent. They’ll decide which dogs are best dressed, most creative, or scariest, to name a few categories..

Even pets not quite ready for Howl-oween are invited to show off their best tricks or other attributes.
