An Afternoon of Music
. Singer/guitarist Deblina opened Fall Festival’s afternoon of music with her own style of covers. The former CDC epidemiologist retired last year to make more time for music, farming and family. She’s a longtime member of Congregation Bet Havarim’s chorus award-winning chorus.
The Gathering brought its crowd-pleasing sounds from a variety of genres and eras. The band consists of Glenn Memorial UMC members.
The Presmanes Brothers, a six-piece rock ‘n roll band, led by brothers Greg and Jimmy Presnames were joined by their friends Michael Orlin (lead guitar and vocals); John Lewis (drums and vocals) Eddie Gwaltney (bass guitar, keyboard and vocals) and Johnny Hibbert (saxophone and vocals). They performed danceable classic rock music, including pop, blues and Motown from the 1960’s and beyond.
